Chat & Content Rules

1. Be Respectful
   Treat all players with respect. Harassment, hate speech, discriminatory language, or personal attacks are not allowed.

2. No Spamming
   Do not flood chat with repeated messages, characters, or irrelevant content.

3. Appropriate Language and Content
   Chat messages, player names, item names, and other user-created content must be suitable for all ages and not offensive.

4. No Advertising
   Advertising other servers, websites, or services without staff approval is prohibited.

5. Follow Staff Instructions
   Staff instructions must be followed at all times.

6. Use English in Global Chat
   English must be used in global chat so all players can understand conversations.

Gameplay Rules

1. Fair Play
   Play in a fair and reasonable manner. Actions taken solely to ruin or degrade the experience of others are not allowed.

2. No Cheating
   Using modified clients, external tools, or methods that provide an unfair advantage is prohibited.

3. No Exploiting
   Bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics may not be abused.

4. No Harassment Through Gameplay
   Repeatedly targeting a player in ways intended to annoy, intimidate, or disrupt them is prohibited.

5. Server Stability
   Intentionally causing lag, crashes, or instability is not allowed.

Land & Property Rules

Most land management is handled automatically through the Homestead plugin. Please refer to its documentation for detailed usage instructions. The following additional rules apply:

1. No Griefing
   Deliberately destroying or sabotaging other players’ work for malicious reasons is not allowed.

2. No Panhandle Regions Each area of interest (base, farm, shop, etc.) must be protected in its own region, do not create a region with an excessively large panhandle to cover multiple areas. See the Homestead Documentation for more information. Another benefit, you won’t hit region size limits as quickly.

Economy Rules

1. Good-Faith Trading
   Economic interactions must be conducted honestly and clearly.

2. No Scamming
   Intentionally deceiving players for personal gain is prohibited.

3. No Duplication
   Duplication of items or currency through any means is not allowed.

4. No Alt Abuse
   Alternate accounts may not be used to gain unfair advantages.

Enforcement

1. Staff Discretion
   Staff may act on behavior that violates the spirit of these rules.

2. No Rule Evasion
   Attempts to bypass rules or punishments will result in harsher penalties.
